Celebrating International Museum Day 2026 at the Maria Callas Museum
On the occasion of International Museum Day, the Maria Callas Museum actively joins the celebration, marking the day on Sunday, May 17 with free admission for the public throughout the day (10:00–19:00). Visitors are invited to discover the museum’s multi-sensory experience and engage with the life and artistic journey of Maria Callas, in a space dedicated to her art and legacy.
As part of the celebration, at 13:30, the concert “Moments of Romanticism: Piano and Cello” will take place in the museum’s events space. Pianist Vivian Brenda and cellist Vania Papadimitriou will perform a refined selection of works by Frédéric Chopin, Edward Elgar, Gabriel Fauré, Camille Saint-Saëns, Franz Schubert and Sergei Rachmaninoff, offering an atmospheric musical experience.
