Its purpose is to <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>nurture creativity, self-expression, communication, and discovery of self and others<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. Through activities such as musical improvisation, theatrical play, and visual arts, each child has the opportunity to express themselves, create their own musical piece, and receive a recording of it to keep.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;2em&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;7577&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;7585&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;2em&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span lang=\"en-US\">A particularly meaningful element of the program is the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>presentation of authentic objects from the <\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #0563c1;\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/mariacallasmuseum.gr\/en\/the-museum\/\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Museum\u2019s collection<\/b><\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u2014photographs, musical scores, and accessories once belonging to Maria Callas\u2014<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>brought directly into the hospital<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. In this way, children experience first-hand encounters with Maria Callas\u2019 cultural heritage, making the story of the performing arts accessible, tangible, and inspiring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The initiative has been designed and is delivered by the experienced team of the Maria Callas Museum in collaboration with composer and educational program creator Markella Skourti.
